“Norton Ad-blocking is blocking my BeFree ads regardless if they are text links or banners. How can I prevent this from happening?”

Answer:

Yes, this is true – Norton (and some other virus protection software) blocks affiliate ads and text links because of the 'bfast' value in the link code. This has been a problem for affiliates. However, we have discovered that text links using Javascript are not blocked. We are still working on a way around blocking banner ads, but we do recommend counselling your users to add 'bfast.com' to their list of approved domains in Norton.
